If you have recently made a purchase from GT Prospect and are unsatisfied, or if the decision to buy was made prematurely, you should turn your attention to the GT Prospect returns policy. When purchasing anything from GT Prospect, either in store or online, remember to hold on to your receipt.
We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from GT Prospect but, if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days. You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund. If you change mind after we have shipped your order you can send or bring back new, unused product to us then you will be fully refunded without postage cost. Product have to be in original package. Products can be returned to GT Prospect store, whether bought in-store or online.
We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including perishable products such as plants, will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.
We will refund you within 3-5 working days. The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order.
